Our group has been able to create a long term vision that revolves around moving from one world to another, focused on providing our expertise and our automotive approach to design, development and production for the benefit of the aeronautical industry.

Our subsidiary AERODEFI in Kenitra’s Atlantic free zone has already been working since March 2019, on consultations with certain aeronautical customers based in Morocco for the injection of plastic parts and assembly with other metal and/or electronic components.

Definition of the need and the required profile

The first step is to identify the group’s needs in order to be able to best define the profile of the desired candidate. This phase enables a more precise job offer to be drawn up while clarifying the general mission and the detailed activities involved. Above all, your CV must reflect your background, skills and behavior in order to be successful: commitment, sense of team spirit and initiative, transparency.

Analysis of applications and pre-selection

We carry out an initial selection of the applications received. This selection is then fine-tuned by the department heads. You will be informed by our human resources department in the event that your file is selected to move on to the next stages.

For some positions, a 3rd interview will be necessary with the Managing Director

The tests

Depending on the recruitment position, you will be required to take tests at different levels to prove your relevance :
