Quality at the heart of our concerns
As we use plastic as a raw material, quality control is of prime importance. We therefore apply strict and well-defined standards and carry out thorough quality controls throughout the entire manufacturing process (reception, production and delivery).
Every year we manufacture more than 10 million parts in compliance with quality requirements and environmental commitments specific to each of our customers.
We have a solid expertise; our know-how in mono and bi-injection plastics allows us to transform many plastic materials at will. We deploy all our resources and we recommend suitable thermoplastic materials while meeting safety standards and international regulations in order to earn a quality leadership image.
Being aware of the importance of zero defects, we have developed an efficient system of continuous control, which allows us to validate repeatability and to be part of the search for total quality of the parts we manufacture.
The workshops are organized as autonomous production units with full commitment of the operators for optimal productivity and a high level of professionalism.
The certifications held by the group, plus mastery of quality tools, have contributed to customer satisfaction and ease of access to new markets. Our two production sites are development and production units for technical plastic parts, ISO 9001 and IATF certified.
QUALITY PRICE
For our valuable efforts in quality management and improvement, our group won the Star for Quality and Leadership award organized by Business Initiative Directions (BID) at Paris Hyatt Hotel in the Gold category on June 27 and 28, 2015.
